Our country needs people who are hardworking, experienced and who work with sincerity. If you have the urge you can come up with any success. The journey isn’t so easy. As, it is well said there is no shortcut to success but it will definitely come in your way, if you try hard and never lose hope. There is no chance of failure in life. Success may come late but it is not possible that it would not come. So work hard and identify your weakness and try improving on that part.Life as we know is tough, but there is no short- cut to it. Don’t just lose hope because there is no space for failure. Success might delay but it’s not possible that you would not get any success.
Even CIO’s and other industry pioneer’s face problems to hire the best talent, especially in the IT sector. CIDIF is going to play a role here, to help train the talent pool and hire the best workforce and help complete the projects. We look forward to provide IT- training in the best possible way to exploit the hidden talents of our country for a digital India, skill India, a centre of excellence, women empowerment, specially abled and weaker section students.
The programmes initiated by us is an attempt to help the backward section of the society and the specially abled who have the zeal to learn and achieve, but not the means. In the hope that by providing IT- education to them, we are able to give them the motivation to be successful and make them lead an independent life. It is our endeavour to reach out to every section of the backward class at the grass root level of the society.
Our vision and mission is to curve out the hidden talent pool while at the same time educating the weaker section of the society- the children and the women specially and specially abled in the IT- sector, for a better future.

We, at CIDIF aim to contribute knowledge, experience and time to work with the talent pool and prepare them with the right talent to deliver results. As everything, is related to Information & Technology, it is time to make our country digitally advanced and highly skilled. This is what made me love CIDIF- we work to learn and also at the same time provide free IT- education to the specially abled and backward section of the society.
