Samadhaan (Weaker section students)

As a think tank we understand the challenges which the current market is facing. We recognize the challenges that needs to be addressed and we look forward to collaborating with Government skill development bodies and Academia. The members are enthused to contribute their knowledge, experience and time to work with the students and equip them with employable set of skills, whether its technical or cognitive skills.

Further, as a body we have taken it upon ourselves to provide support to brilliant students from economically weaker sections of the society and provide them with access to education and technology . To be able to do this consistently and systematically this will be done under our scheme “Samadhan” .

This scheme was kick started  keeping employable skills in mind and to address the demand supply gap of talent faced by a large number of organizations  especially in the IT sector. Wih “Samadhan” we aim to train and equip these students with practical knowledge, which can help them in gettig hired fast and also contribute to the growth of their respective organisations.

This initiative will lookout for the students who’re are good in studies but do not have access to the latest in technology and education methodology.  With Samadhan we aim to make a difference in the life of these students and hope to transform them into contributing citizens to the development of the nation.
